This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion. Working across a varied portfolio of domestic projects, you''ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Project Managers are typically responsible for coordinating programmes, budgets, subcontractors, resources and client communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple building construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Produce and manage project programmes and schedules. Coordinate labour allocation and subcontractor resources. Monitor project budgets, costs and progress. Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and contractors. Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with current Building Regulations and Health and Safety legislation. Carry out regular site visits and monitor quality standards.
