They are working with us to source a dynamic Construction Project Manager to take ownership of key projects and drive them to successful completion
The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. You’ll ensure safety, quality, and efficiency are at the heart of every stage while building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing construction projects from inception to completion
- Developing and monitoring project programmes, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards
- Producing accurate reports and updates for senior management and clients
- Identifying and managing risks while driving solutions
About You
We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and commercially aware Project Manager and leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. We want someone who wants to grow with us and our growth is real so you could very quickly become a key player at director level in our business
You’ll ideally bring:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction of high-end residential developments
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, processes, and regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- UK construction principles and experience
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively
- A focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards
- Excellent reporting skills with good awareness of PM methodologies and technology.

Projects are based from Oxford to London and M4 Corridor. Work is site and home based so travel is expected in this role.
