Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A leading international construction consultancy in London is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. The Project Manager will work across a varied portfolio of public and private sector projects, including NHS, higher education, education, hotels and residential developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who wants exposure to complex schemes while continuing to build their client-facing and delivery experience. The successful Project Manager will support and lead projects through the full development lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors. The Project Manager will be responsible for programme, coordination, reporting and risk, while the Project Manager will also have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as their experience develops. The Project Manager''s role The Project Manager will support the delivery of projects from early feasibility and design through to construction and completion. Responsibilities will include managing project programmes, coordinating consultant teams, attending client and site meetings, monitoring project progress, preparing reports and supporting the management of risk, quality and programme.
