Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A specialist project management consultancy is looking for two Project Managers to join a growing team delivering major higher education projects in Southampton. The Project Managers can be based anywhere, provided they are comfortable travelling to Southampton two to three days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who wants to work as part of an established project team on complex, stakeholder-led university developments. The Project Manager will join a team of seven professionals responsible for delivering higher education schemes from early project stages through to construction and completion. This Project Manager role would suit a capable Project Manager with strong client-facing skills who is comfortable coordinating consultants, contractors, end users, and senior stakeholders. Each successful Project Manager will play an important role in maintaining programme, risk, reporting, and project controls across a busy portfolio. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
