Project Manager

The role will be focused on delivering fit-out-projects across London, with the successful candidate taking responsibility for-projects from initial quotation and pricing through to completion and handover. We are looking for someone who is confident in all aspects of-project-management, including estimating, client liaison, programme management, subcontractor coordination.

The position will be based In Basildon (Head office) , although regular travel to sites across London will be required. The ideal candidate will be professional, client-facing, and comfortable building strong relationships with both clients and site teams.

Standard working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional weekend work required to support-project-delivery. In addition, Project-Managers may be required to travel within Europe from time to time when overseas-projects arise, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are important aspects of the role.

Overall, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on-Project-Manager-who can take ownership of-projects from start to finish and adapt to the varied nature of our work, we appreciate that finding candidates with both estimating and project management experience can be a challenge. Whilst experience in both areas would be ideal, our client would still be happy to consider a strong Project Manager who has no previous quoting or estimating experience, provided they have the right project management skills and experience.
