Senior Project Manager- Civils & Enabling Works

This-is-an-opportunity-to-join-the-project-from-the-very-beginning,-leading-the-mobilisation-and-delivery-of-the-enabling-works-package-before-the-site-transitions-into-the-main- construction-phase.

Reporting-to-the-CSA-Regional-Director,-you-will-have-overall-responsibility-for-the-successful-delivery-of-the-enabling-works-package,-leading-site-teams,-engineers-and-specialist-subcontractors-while-working-closely-with-the-client-and-wider-project-team.

Key-responsibilities-include:

• Leading-the-enabling-works-and-early-civils-package-from-mobilisation-through-to-completion.
• Managing-programme,-budget,-quality-and-health-&-safety-performance.
• Overseeing-earthworks,-drainage,-roads,-utilities-and-associated-infrastructure-works.
• Managing-subcontractors-and-coordinating-multiple-workstreams-across-a-live-programme.
• Building-strong-relationships-with-the-client,-consultants-and-supply-chain.
• Driving-project-performance-and-ensuring-successful-handover-into-the-main-construction-phase.

We''re-interested-in-speaking-with-experienced-Senior-Project-Managers-or-Project-Leads-who-have-delivered-complex-civil-engineering-or-infrastructure-projects-for-leading-contractors.

Experience-within-sectors-such-as-data-centres,-major-infrastructure,-energy,-highways,-rail,-industrial-or-large-scale-commercial-developments-would-be-highly-advantageous.
