Project Manager - Civils Construction

Project Manager required to work on a multi-billion construction project in Essex.If you have experience of working on the delivery stages of complex civil engineering/construction projects within a highly regulated industry, this would be a great role for you!Key Responsibilities:Managing the delivery of complex civil engineering construction projects from the construction phase onwardsCo-ordinating project activities across contractors, consultants, technical teams and other stakeholdersMonitoring programme progress, project performance, risks, costs and quality standardsEnsuring construction activities comply with relevant health and safety, regulatory and industry requirementsManaging project documentation, reporting, change control and delivery milestonesSupporting the resolution of technical, commercial and operational challenges throughout the project lifecycleMaintaining effective communication with project stakeholders to support successful programme deliveryJob Requirements:Experience in project management within complex civil engineering or construction programmesPractical experience of managing construction-stage projectsBackground in a highly regulated industry such as airports, nuclear, rail or waterStrong understanding of construction delivery, project controls, risk management and stakeholder engagementExcellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary ..... full job details .....
