Project Manager £15m Theatre Extension Project Cambridge Up to £90,000 + Excellent Package 18-Month Programme Immediate StartAn established and highly respected main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious £15m theatre extension project in Cambridge.This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile cultural scheme that will leave a lasting legacy within the local community. Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager, you will have full day-to-day responsibility for the successful planning, management and delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion.The Role As Project Manager, you will lead the site team and coordinate all operational aspects of the project, ensuring it is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Key responsibilities include: Overall management of the £15m theatre extension projectReporting to and working closely with a visiting Contracts ManagerManaging Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors on siteDeveloping and maintaining project programmes and key milestonesManaging client relationships and attending regular progress meetingsCoordinating design, commercial and operational teamsIdentifying and mitigating project risksDriving health and safety performance across the siteEnsuring quality standards are maintained throughout constructionOverseeing project delivery through to practical completion and handover Candidate ..... full job details .....
