Description

• Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Act as Employers Agent on various schemes, ensuring compliance with the JCT form of contract.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication and progress updates.
• Support project planning, budget management, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and review project documentation and reports.
• Ensure projects adhere to required standards and timelines.
• Contribute to the delivery of public sector, education, residential, and student accommodation projects.
• Provide guidance on construction delivery and technical aspects.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager / Employers Agent should have:

• Experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of the JCT form of contract and Employers Agent duties.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant qualifications such as MAPM or MCIOB (or working towards them).
• Familiarity with public sector, education, residential, or student accommodation projects.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from -35,000 to -45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
