Due to continued investment in its housing stock and building safety programme, they''re looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of major works and building maintenance projects.This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of technically challenging projects that genuinely improve residents'' homes and communities. You''ll lead the delivery of defect-led and reactive major works, oversee specialist building safety projects and work alongside senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.The Role You''ll manage a varied programme of projects, including: Building defect and rectification works Major maintenance and refurbishment projects Balcony replacement programmes Structural repair projects Building safety improvement works Overheating mitigation and "Hot Homes" initiatives Other specialist projects across an existing residential portfolio From initial investigation through to completion, you''ll coordinate surveys, manage contractors and consultants, monitor budgets and programmes, mitigate risks and ensure full compliance with current legislation and organisational standards.You''ll also play a key role in resident engagement, providing clear communication throughout the ..... full job details .....
