This is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile commercial fit-out programme, leading project delivery from inception through to completion while acting as the key interface between the client, consultants, contractors and wider stakeholder team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead delivery of a major workplace fit-out project through all project lifecycle stages.Act as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.Manage multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractor performance.Monitor programme, budget, risk and project performance.Oversee procurement and contract administration activities.Drive effective governance, reporting and project controls.Manage project risks, changes and mitigation strategies.Ensure successful project handover and close-out.Champion health, safety and wellbeing throughout delivery.
