Project ManagerSouthampton £65,000 - £73,000 Car Allowance BonusAre you an MandE Project Manager looking for the opportunity to lead projects on a major client site?We''re recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee a diverse programme of mechanical and electrical projects at a flagship site in Southampton, with occasional support to a London office if required. Projects include MandE upgrades, plant replacement works and specialist laboratory refurbishment projects.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for managing projects from concept through to completion, taking ownership of client relationships, commercial performance and successful project delivery.Deliver MandE and laboratory upgrade projects.Manage projects from sales through to handover.Take ownership of stakeholder relationships.Manage project budgets and PandL.Coordinate subcontractors and project teams.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.Drive high levels of client satisfaction.About YouStrong Project Management experience within MandE, within a building services or FM background. (Please note, new build backgrounds are not suitable for this role, and therefore, will not be considered)Experience delivering plant replacement and upgrade projects.Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.Commercial awareness with PandL responsibility.Experience within laboratories, healthcare or technically complex environments would be advantageous but is not essential.If this sounds like something you ..... full job details .....
