Project Manager

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join our delivery team based out of our Port Solent office, supporting projects across the Southern region. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background in the water industry to lead the successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You''ll be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Manage the successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from start to finish. Lead Site Managers, Engineers and project delivery teams to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) standards. Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved. Monitor project budgets, costs and commercial performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers. Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and senior management. Identify, manage and mitigate project risks to minimise delays and maintain programme.
