Project Manager

We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a major £12.5m project in Worthing, thi is the first project in a large order book of projecrs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in reinforced concrete (RC) frames and groundworks, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects or substantial packages of a similar scale and complexity. This is a key delivery position requiring someone capable of taking ownership of the project, coordinating site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme, quality and commercial requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of the RC frame and groundworks package. Take overall responsibility for site operations, programme and project delivery. Manage site teams, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinate labour, plant, materials and resources to maintain programme. Work closely with the client, design team and other project stakeholders. Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays or delivery risks. Chair and attend progress, coordination and site meetings. Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality standards. Maintain high standards of health and safety across the project. Oversee temporary works, sequencing and coordination of concrete and groundworks activities.
