Project Engineer

Our client, a leading engineering and manufacturing business, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineering professional to take ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to manufacture, completion and delivery. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects, supporting design activities, controlling project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality engineered solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage engineering projects from contract award through to final delivery Review customer enquiries, specifications, PandIDs, datasheets and technical requirements Prepare technically accurate and commercially viable quotations Liaise with the design team to ensure accurate and compliant drawings are produced Oversee drawing control, revisions, and engineering documentation Support the development and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) Coordinate material procurement activities to ensure project deadlines are met Manage supplier communications and monitor lead times Work closely with production teams to ensure technical requirements are understood and achieved Support fabrication and manufacturing activities to ensure quality and compliance standards are maintained Monitor project costs, schedules, and delivery milestones Contribute to product development and continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
