Project Engineer

Project Engineer A growing engineering and technology business is looking to recruit a Project Engineer to support the delivery of complex engineering projects from concept through to build, testing and deployment. This is a varied role combining hands-on engineering with project delivery responsibilities. You''ll work across multidisciplinary teams, coordinating activities while remaining actively involved in solving technical challenges, supporting builds and driving projects forward. Key Responsibilities Coordinate engineering projects through build, integration, testing and commissioning Work closely with mechanical, electrical, controls and software teams Support prototype development, new product introduction and manufacturing programmes Lead problem-solving activities and technical investigations Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved Monitor project progress, risks and delivery timescales Support factory and customer acceptance activities where required Ideal Background Degree/HND qualified in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Product Design or a related Engineering discipline Experience delivering engineering projects within manufacturing, automation, machinery, product development or similar environments Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving capability Experience with testing, validation, commissioning or system integration activities Comfortable reading technical drawings, BOMs and engineering documentation ..... full job details .....
