Mechanical Project Engineer Location: North East England Salary: Up to 55,000 per annum, depending on experience The Role We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join an established building services contractor delivering mechanical and MandE projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial and residential developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased building services professional to take responsibility for the coordination and delivery of mechanical packages, working closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical building services installations and experience working within a construction or building services contracting environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of mechanical building services projects from inception through to completion. Coordinate mechanical installations, ensuring works are delivered in line with project specifications, drawings and programme requirements. Liaise with project managers, site managers, design teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure effective project delivery.
