Acting as a central point of coordination, you will take ownership of projects from initial instruction through to completion-ensuring works are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. This is a key role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of projects from receipt through to completionSource and engage contractors, obtaining and reviewing quotationsCompare pricing, scope, and availability to select the most suitable suppliersRaise purchase orders and coordinate works schedulingLiaise with contractors and clients to confirm timelines and project detailsManage site requirements including permits, access, RAMS, and documentationMonitor ongoing projects to ensure delivery within agreed SLAsProvide regular updates to clients on progress and milestonesEscalate any risks, delays, or issues promptlyMaintain accurate project records, trackers, and systemsGather completion reports, photographs, and sign-off ..... full job details .....
