Project Coordinator

An established organisation in Bristol is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support project managers with delivery schedules, risk tracking, and resource coordination across active programmes. Working in a hybrid capacity, you will have the flexibility to split your time between the office and home, while playing a central role in the coordination and delivery of key projects across the business. What You Will Be Doing Leading the day-to-day coordination of projects from initiation through to successful delivery Managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are consistently met Facilitating project meetings, capturing actions, and holding teams accountable for progress Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, risk registers, and status reports Acting as a central point of contact between internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers - and escalating or resolving them swiftly Supporting resource planning, budget tracking, and reporting as required Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working ..... full job details .....
