We re recruiting for a well-established specialist business in Warmley, Bristol that works with clients and projects all over the world. They re looking for a Project Coordinator to join their friendly operations team. This is a busy, varied role where you ll help organise work taking place across different locations, making sure clients, colleagues and external contacts have the information they need and that everything stays on track. What will you be doing? A typical day could include: Organising and coordinating appointments and project activity Speaking with clients and external contacts by phone and email Making sure the right paperwork and information has been received Updating project records and internal systems Keeping track of deadlines and outstanding actions Chasing information when needed Supporting several projects at the same time Helping the wider team keep everything running smoothly There will be plenty going on, so you''ll need to be someone who enjoys being organised and doesn''t mind picking up the phone or sending that follow-up email to get an answer.
