Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator - Glasgow - Salary up to 30,000 DOE We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a growing portfolio of renewable energy installation programmes. The role will involve managing schedules, coordinating site activity, maintaining accurate project records and providing clear progress reporting to ensure projects remain on programme. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong coordination or project administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate installation schedules across multiple live renewable energy programmes, aligning surveyor, installer and contractor availability with project deadlines.Work closely with Project Managers to sequence works efficiently and, where practical, group projects geographically to minimise travel and downtime.Confirm site access, customer appointments and pre-installation requirements ahead of scheduled works.Maintain and regularly update programme schedules, ensuring changes, delays and completed works are accurately reflected.Prepare, issue and track job packs, ensuring required documentation, permissions and compliance information are in place before works commence.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including job information, timesheets, installation evidence and completion documentation.Follow up outstanding documentation with surveyors, installers and ..... full job details .....
