This role is critical in ensuring the smooth coordination, administration, and tracking of project activities across a portfolio of works.You will act as a central point of support to project teams, ensuring data is accurately managed, processes are followed, and key actions are driven through to completion.Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple projectsMaintain and update project documentation, trackers, and reporting systemsMonitor project progress and proactively chase actions, deliverables, and updates from internal and external stakeholdersSupport project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordination of activitiesEnsure accurate data management across project platforms and systemsPrepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for senior stakeholdersAssist with document control and ensure compliance with internal processesCoordinate meetings, capture minutes, and track follow-up actionsSupport cost tracking, purchase orders, and general project-related administration where required Requirements: Previous experience in a project support, project coordinator, or project controller roleStrong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detailExperience working within utilities, ..... full job details .....
