The consultancy provides design and technical services across sectors including commercial, education, defence and residential projects.With a strong UK presence, flexible working opportunities and a supportive culture, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Co-Ordinator looking to develop their career within the property and construction industry.The Project Co-Ordinator''s RoleThe successful Project Co-Ordinator will provide administrative, financial and operational support to Directors, Design Managers, Office Managers and wider project teams.Responsibilities will include setting up new projects, raising purchase orders, maintaining project projections, supporting invoicing and reconciling subcontractor invoices. The Project Co-Ordinator will also maintain project documentation, drawing registers and document management systems.Further duties will include tracking Requests for Information, Early Warning registers and project deliverables, coordinating statutory and client approvals, and following up outstanding actions.
