Project and Service Delivery Manager

Project and Service Delivery Manager Milton Keynes 35,000 per annum, increasing to 37,500 after probation We are looking for a Project and Service Delivery Manager to join a leading organisation within the life sciences sector, based in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity for someone with a Life Sciences, Biomedical Science or laboratory background who has project management and client-facing skills and is looking to take on a varied role combining project delivery, customer relationships and operational coordination. About the role You will take ownership of client projects from the initial concept and onboarding stages through to Go-Live, ensuring everything is delivered on time, to the required quality standards and in line with the client''s expectations. You''ll work closely with teams across the organisation, including laboratory, sample logistics, informatics and quality, making sure projects move smoothly into day-to-day service delivery. You will also act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and keeping them updated throughout the project and ongoing service.
