Project Administrator (6 Month FTC) Birmingham £40,000 - £50,000 (Pro Rata) + Flexible Hours + 25 Days Holiday (Pro Rata) + Bank Holidays + Birthday Leave + Medicash + Life Assurance + Matched Pension + Professional Development Are you an Administrator or Document Controller, wanting to work on a unique project supporting a major business acquisition and document novation? Excellent opportunity to join a growing construction consultancy, where you will have the autonomy to coordinate key stakeholders, solve problems and keep strategic projects moving forwards. In this role, you will play a key part in the integration of a recently acquired business, taking ownership of the novation of approximately 150 documents and contracts. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and multiple teams, receiving full training before being trusted to manage the process independently. The ideal candidate will have strong administration or document control experience, excellent attention to detail, strong Microsoft Office skills especially Adobe Sign and the ability to work proactively and autonomously.
