Bridgford Interiors is a specialist interior fit out business based in Fradley Park. Our work involves the fit out of property in the retail, hospitality & leisure sectors across the UK. At any one time we have multiple live sites at various stages. Projects run for different durations, including night works and weekends.
This is a perfect role for enthusiastic individuals who are keen to work as a team, as well as on their own initiative. You will be supporting our busy Projects team, as they manage multiple interior fit-out projects at any one time. This role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth running of the business.
The roles and responsibilities include the following:
• Administration support to the Project team helping them to make best use of their time.
• Responsibility for specific projects and tasks.
• Maintain document control / filing and document processes for the efficient management of projects
• Perform data entry and recording on various websites and internal databases.
• Answering telephone calls, screening and taking messages as appropriate
• Arranging access and booking permits where required.
• Raising labour purchase orders through Microsoft Access
• Photocopying and printing various project documents.
• Liaising with staff in other departments and relevant external organisations
• Support Office Manager with adhoc projects / duties as required

• Strong PC literacy including Microsoft Office Applications (predominantly Word & Excel)

• Enthusiastic approach and adaptability
• Reliable and honest.
• Certificates to a reasonable grade in both Maths and English.
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
