Job Title: Project Administrator (Bids Team) (Maternity cover - August 2026 - September 2027)Location: Beckenham with nearby parkingSalary: £28,000paCompany hours: 9am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri, hybrid once fully trained, 2 days working from homeJRRL are looking for an efficient and well-organised Project Administrator to join their client in Beckenham supporting the Head of Marketing and Bids and working closely with 2 other Bid Coordinators.The ideal candidate will be a team player with previous bid or project experience, be able to multi-task and work to deadlines and possess excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Monitoring of public tender notices for suitable project opportunities, expressing interest and downloading the necessary documentation from online portalsManage the process for your own bids with relevant departments/staffProduction of high-quality submissions to support the business''s work winning and project delivery activities, meeting deadlinesEnsure all submissions follow corporate guidelines and branding where possible and are technically correctProduce written submission information, research, and clarifications/ responses for SQ, ITT, Framework and Fee submissions, liaising with other departments for information as requiredEnsure material is factually and grammatically correctEnsure tender tracker is kept up to dateRequesting feedback from clientsMaintain individual workload trackerMaintain bid research library with up to date responsesCreate bespoke ..... full job details .....
