Pay rate between -15-17 per hour
The role will act as the central coordination point for rebranding activities across the Service business, ensuring that actions, documentation, dependencies, and timelines are effectively managed. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to coordinate updates to assets, PPE and workwear, signage, documentation, communications, and other branded materials.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Administration & Coordination
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the rebranding programme and programme lead.
Maintain accurate programme plans, action logs, risk and issue registers, decision logs, trackers, and reporting packs.
Coordinate meetings and workshops, including agendas, materials, minutes, actions, and follow-up.
Monitor milestones, dependencies, and outstanding actions, escalating delays, risks, and issues where required.
Maintain effective document control, version control, filing systems, and programme records.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other programme materials.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a central point of contact for rebranding-related queries.
Build effective relationships across operational and support functions, sites, and locations.
Coordinate requirements and ensure actions are clearly assigned, tracked, and completed.
Communicate programme updates clearly and consistently.
Coordinate and influence stakeholders across multiple functions without direct authority.
Brand & Asset Transition
Coordinate the assessment and transition of existing branded assets and materials.
Maintain an accurate inventory of assets affected by the rebrand and track progress through to completion.
Coordinate updates to areas including:
PPE and workwear
Signage and visual branding
Site assets and equipment
Documentation and templates
Internal communications
Operational processes affected by the rebrand
Liaise with asset owners and stakeholders to confirm requirements, priorities, progress, and completion.
Support the planning and scheduling of required branding updates.
Planning, Reporting & Delivery
Produce regular programme progress reports and status updates.
Track budgets, purchasing requirements, procurement activity, and supplier actions where required.
Monitor dependencies across workstreams and ensure actions are followed up promptly.
Support implementation planning, business readiness, and programme completion activities.
Collate information from stakeholders and provide clear visibility of progress, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Proven experience in administration, project coordination, or programme support.
Strong organisational, administrative, and document-control skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against challenging deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating stakeholders across different teams or functions.
Experience maintaining project plans, action trackers, risk registers, and reporting packs.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive actions through to completion.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
Desirable
Experience supporting business transformation, organisational change, or rebranding programmes.
Knowledge of procurement, facilities, or operational asset management.
Experience working across multiple sites, locations, or business functions.
Experience coordinating suppliers, orders, or physical asset changes.

Travel: The role requires a willingness to travel across UK&I as required.
