Professional Support Lawyer – Manchester. A highly respected international law firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join its Knowledge team as a Professional Support Lawyer. Real estate is at the heart of the firm’s business, with one of the largest dedicated practices in the UK and this is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how the department delivers its work.Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining precedents, practice notes and know-how resources with a focus on commercial property mattersDesigning and delivering training to support the knowledge development of fee earners across the national teamProviding regular legislative, case law and policy updates relevant to Real Estate Lawyers at all levelsWorking with innovation and business transformation teams to make greater use of workflow automation and AI productsSupporting risk and compliance by working closely with the General Counsel and Risk teamAssisting with external publications and thought leadership alongside the marketing and bids teamsBuilding relationships with external organisations such as HM Land Registry and other industry partners to ensure best practice is embedded across the teamQualifications

Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in commercial real estateStrong technical expertise across landlord and tenant, asset management, investment, finance and development workA genuine interest in innovation and experience of using workflow automation and generative AI tools to improve service deliveryConfident communicator with the ability to design and deliver engaging trainingOrganised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively across a national teamPrior PSL experience is an advantage but not essential, provided you are committed to moving into a knowledge and innovation roleWhat is on offer?
