Job Summary
A leading manufacturer in Thetford is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Isolator Operator to join its production team. This role is crucial for maintaining a controlled production environment, ensuring products are prepared, assembled, and inspected according to strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain isolator equipment following standard operating procedures.
• Assemble, prep, and inspect products within the isolator environment.
• Ensure accurate documentation of production processes and material usage.
• Monitor material quality and report any deviations or issues.
• Support production lines by providing materials and components as needed.
• Assist with line changeovers, cleaning, and routine maintenance of isolators.
• Communicate effectively with production, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and GMP-regulated hygiene standards.
• Report shortages, delays, or quality concerns promptly.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or controlled environment is desirable.
• Comfortable working in isolators and with protective equipment.
• Physically capable of handling materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail and focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to follow strict operational procedures and protocols.
• Basic computer or scanner use may be required for tracking inventory.
