Team Leader - Night Shift
Salary: -35,250.00 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Sunday to Friday (22:00 - 06:30_ includes a 30m unpaid break.
Location: Off Rose Hill, Willenhall, West Midlands, WV13 2JZ

What you''ll be doing;
- Lead and motivate a small team to operate the plant safely and efficiently, to maximise productivity
- Maintaining training records for all operational site personnel to ensure employees are competent to undertake their duties
- Ensure staff are provided with all training and monitor staff to ensure duties are carried out
- Ensure agreed operational targets are achieved
- Manage abnormal and emergency situations i.e. accidents/environmental incidents, spillages
- Carry out daily / weekly checks including plant, equipment and permit checks
- Continuously review stock levels within the site, taking action as appropriate to ensure stock levels are minimised.

- H&S Knowledge

- Mobile Plant Driving Experience
