Production Team Leader

We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a successful manufacturing business in Portsmouth.

This is an opportunity to lead a team of around 15-20 employees, drive performance, and help deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced production setting.

This role is for a strong, people-focused leader who thrives on developing teams, solving problems, and improving performance.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating, and developing a production team
• Driving safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Managing performance, attendance, and training
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring operational targets and KPIs are achieved
• Creating a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture

What We''re Looking For

Previous Team Leader, Supervisor, or people management experience in production is essential. Strong communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving is also required along with a track record of improving results.
