This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to step into a pivotal role within a fast-paced production environment and take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of a designated area, ensuring output and quality targets are consistently achieved. Being visible on the shop floor and acting as the key point of contact within the department - leading from the front and setting the standard for behaviours, quality and safety.
