This role is ideal for someone with logistics or warehouse experience who is looking to take on team leadership responsibilities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure finished goods are wrapped, picked and loaded onto dispatch vehicles accurately and on time during the night shiftLiaise with production to maintain stock flow and meet customer demandCarry out quality checks to ensure products meet customer specificationsMaintain GMP standards and ensure the warehouse is audit readyPromote a safe working environment, adhering to risk assessments and reporting issuesOperate CBT/Reach trucks when required and complete daily FLT checksSupport labour planning, team supervision and 1-2-1 reviewsComplete necessary paperwork and support general warehouse operationsDeputise for the Logistics Lead when requiredRequirementsValid CBT/Reach FLT licencePrevious logistics or warehouse experienceGood communication and organisational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced night shift environmentFlexible team player with a proactive approachWhat''s on Offer£15.82 per hourNight shift role28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidaysOpportunity for development and progression within the businessFor more information or to apply, contact Elevation Recruitment Group for a ..... full job details .....
