Production Team Leader

We are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Production team leader to oversee our production team and ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Carry out maintenance checks on machinery and equipment
• Ensuring all hygiene and health and safety duties are being carried out effectively
• Cover the production line, identifying faults and problem solving
• Carry out quality checks
• Monitoring the teams attendance and approving holidays

The working hours will be 12 hour shifts on a rota that includes weekend shifts.

06:00 - 18:00 on days and 18:00-06:00 on nights (you have to do both days and nights)
