Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Thursday)

What You''ll Do:

As a Production Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our operations, guiding your team towards achieving production goals. You will:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team
• Implement LEAN manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Utilise your digital knowledge to streamline processes and improve output
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are met
• Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement

What We''re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Proven experience as a team leader in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of LEAN principles and practises
• Familiarity with digital tools and technologies relevant to production
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude and the ability to problem-solve effectively
