Production Supervisor

Tailored Recruitment Partners are recruiting for a Production Manager for a business that operates Keighley and Grassington.

The job

Supporting the Production Manager with the day-to-day running. of the packing and filling operations.

Oversee staff, ensuring they are trained and follow procedures.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and Health & Safety.

Ensure CIP cleaning is completed correctly and records are accurate.

Monitor product quality, stock rotation, and consumables

Assist with audits, investigations, and staff performance reviews.

The Person

Strong organisational and communication skills

Able to support and supervise staff effectively

High attention to detail and accurate record keeping

Knowledge of hygiene, food safety and health & safety

Able to follow and enforce procedures and work instructions

Proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement

Reliable, conscientious and a strong team player

What they offer

4 days per week over a Monday to Saturday working week

Minimum 40 hours per week
