The job Supporting the Production Manager with the day-to-day running. of the packing and filling operations. Oversee staff, ensuring they are trained and follow procedures. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and Health and Safety. Ensure CIP cleaning is completed correctly and records are accurate. Monitor product quality, stock rotation, and consumables Assist with audits, investigations, and staff performance reviews.
