Production Supervisor

Job Purpose

To manage the late-shift manufacturing team, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

-Key Responsibilities

Production and Planning

• Plan and prioritise daily production to meet customer deadlines.
• Ensure materials, staff and equipment are available.
• Monitor production performance and minimise downtime and waste.
• Maintain accurate production records and update company systems.
• Report production and maintenance issues promptly.

Staff Management

• Manage and support production staff to achieve targets.
• Monitor performance, attendance and timekeeping.
• Communicate priorities and conduct toolbox talks.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Shifts-

Monday- Thursday 4pm- 2.30pm-
