Production Supervisor

Job Purpose To manage the late-shift manufacturing team, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Production and Planning Plan and prioritise daily production to meet customer deadlines. Ensure materials, staff and equipment are available. Monitor production performance and minimise downtime and waste. Maintain accurate production records and update company systems. Report production and maintenance issues promptly. Staff Management Manage and support production staff to achieve targets. Monitor performance, attendance and timekeeping. Communicate priorities and conduct toolbox talks.
