Production Supervisor

An established manufacturing business in Coventry is looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to support day-to-day operations across a busy production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor or team leader to join a stable and growing manufacturer supplying products into a range of industrial sectors. The role will suit someone with strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and experience managing production teams within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The Role Reporting into the Production Manager, responsibilities will include:Supervising daily production activities to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are achievedLeading and motivating production teams across shift operationsMonitoring productivity and driving improvements across the shop floorEnsuring health and safety procedures are followed at all timesManaging labour allocation and supporting production planning activitiesReducing downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiativesWorking closely with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operationsSupporting training and development of production staffMaintaining production records and KPI reportingAbout You The successful candidate will ideally have:Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or Team Leader roleBackground within manufacturing, production, or industrial environmentsStrong people management and communication skillsA proactive and organised ..... full job details .....
