This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised production professional with strong leadership skills and experience within manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or food production environments.The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing production operations, coordinating teams, managing SAP processes, and ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.The RoleReporting to the Production Manager, the Production Controller will be responsible for overseeing and optimising daily production activities across the operation. You will lead a large production team, ensure production plans are achieved, maintain stock accuracy and traceability, and drive operational performance across shift.This role requires someone who can work effectively in a fast-moving environment, make decisions quickly, and communicate confidently across multiple departments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate Production Supervisors, SAP Administrators, and Production Operatives across shiftCreate and implement production plans in line with customer demand and delivery schedulesMonitor production performance, labour utilisation, downtime, waste, and operational efficiencyEnsure products are scanned correctly and maintain full stock and product traceabilityLead SAP-related ..... full job details .....
