Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Location: Northumberland Salary: Competitive + Benefits We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join a successful manufacturing business in Northumberland. Reporting to the leadership you will be responsible for leading a team of operators, ensuring daily production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support production personnel across shift operations. Ensure production schedules and KPI targets are met. Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture. Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions where required. Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Manage employee performance, training, and development. Utilising and overseeing stores. Coordinate with planning, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to minimise downtime and maximise productivity. Requirements: Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of health and safety and quality standards. Experience with continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence initiatives. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
