This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader looking to develop their career in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage production teams, driving performance, engagement, and accountability.Deliver key operational KPIs including OEE, waste reduction, quality, safety, and hygiene standards.Take ownership of shift operations, making real-time decisions to maintain production performance.Manage safety and quality incidents, investigations, audits, and corrective actions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and performance.Ensure production activities are completed in line with site standards and operational plans.Conduct performance reviews, coaching, absence management, and employee relations activities.Coordinate effective shift handovers and communicate operational disruptions clearly.Support training, development, and succession planning within operational teams.
