The Role As a Production Shift Leader, you''ll take ownership of your shift, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You''ll lead from the front, creating a positive working environment while driving productivity, engagement and continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop a team of production operatives.Deliver daily production plans while maintaining quality, safety and efficiency.Monitor KPIs including output, downtime, waste and labour utilisation.Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained at all times.Investigate production issues and implement effective solutions.Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and Planning teams to maximise performance.Support continuous improvement initiatives and process ..... full job details .....
