Production Planning Manager

Talentmark are recruiting for a Production Planning Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis for 3 months initially, but with the possibility of extension. This role is site based in Runcorn. Salary: 25.55 per hour PAYE. Production Planning Manager Role:Manage and coordinate the supply of finished products.Schedule supply chain activities.Be the main point of contact between Global Supply Chain and the Runcorn site.Identify and mitigate risk in the supply chain.Optimise packaging strategy and planning.Your Background:Previous experience in a production planning role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.Knowledge of Lean supply chain principles.Understanding of requirements to make regulatory change in an FDA regulated environment.Hands on experience of SAP R3 would be an advantage.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Company: Our clients aim is to be a global leader in generics and biopharmaceuticals, improving the lives of patients across the world.
