Production Planning Manager

Talentmark are recruiting for a Production Planning Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis for 3 months initially, but with the possibility of extension. This role is site based in Runcorn.-

Salary:
-25.55 per hour PAYE.

Production Planning Manager Role:

• Manage and coordinate the supply of finished products.
• Schedule supply chain activities.
• Be the main point of contact between Global Supply Chain and the Runcorn site.
• Identify and mitigate risk in the supply chain.
• Optimise packaging strategy and planning.

Your Background:

• Previous experience in a production planning role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of Lean supply chain principles.
• Understanding of requirements to make regulatory change in an FDA regulated environment.
• Hands on experience of SAP R3 would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
