Production Planner and Supply Chain Coordinator Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire to c 35k neg dep exp + generous benefits Our Tewkesbury based client has been established for almost half a century and specialise in the provision of precision engineered components and solutions for supply across a diverse range of industry sectors worldwide. They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Production Planner and Supply Chain Coordinator to complement their professional manufacturing, logistics and procurement teams, and both develop and maintain production schedules, optimise resource utilisation and ensure the smooth flow of materials to meet production and customer demands whilst keeping a critical focus on the customer base, ensuring an excellent standard of service is consistently provided and maintained through effective customer relationship management. In a role split 80:20 biased towards planning activities in a busy CNC machine shop environment, responsibilities for this varied and challenging Production Planner and Supply Chain coordinator role will include: Capacity Planning: - Analysing production capacity, identifying bottlenecks and deviations and developing solutions to optimise resource allocation and throughput.Production Scheduling: - Creating, updating and reviewing master production schedules, ensuring alignment with demand, resource availability, and operational capacity.Inventory Management: - Monitoring and optimising inventory levels and managing materials ..... full job details .....
