This is a key role responsible for planning and managing manufacturing operations to ensure flexibility, efficiency, and on-time delivery.You will also play a critical role in maintaining and developing our ERP/MRP systems to support ongoing business growth.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and analyse Sales Order requirements, identifying constraints and risksDevelop and maintain the Machine Shop Production Plan, including recovery actionsExpedite material and capacity shortages to meet OTDIF targets and reduce lead timesIssue Work Orders (Job Packs) and Work-to Lists, agreeing throughput targetsManage production output against agreed delivery and efficiency targetsEscalate risks and exceptions to support timely decision-makingMaintain and update ERP data including routings and planning parametersSupport implementation and optimisation of ERP and Production Scheduling systemsParticipate in Continuous Improvement initiatives across departmentsAnalyse performance data from machines and operationsLiaise daily with customers to ensure excellent service deliveryTake ..... full job details .....
