Specialising in the manufacture of kitchen components, this company offers excellent training, flexibility, and the opportunity to secure a permanent role after a successful temp-to-perm period.Location: Corby Shift: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00 (all hours paid) Pay: Circa. 25,000 (with pay increases over time) Contract: Temp to PermDuties:Packaging items directly from the production lineBoxing and labelling finished productsMoving boxes onto pallets and wrapping pallets securelyCompleting basic quality checks to ensure products meet standardsCounting and recording products accuratelyFollowing order notes and instructionsSupporting the wider production team when requiredThe ideal candidate must:Have previous experience in logistics, packing, or production (preferred)Be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environmentBe physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasksHave strong attention to detail and reliabilityBe willing to learn and undergo training for further developmentBenefits:Pay scale which increases salary over time.Temp to Perm role with a well-established manufacturerExtensive training and development ..... full job details .....
